MLS Commissioner Don Garber will deliver the State of the League at 1 pm CT from Google's New York City office. Immediately following Garber's address, MLS will reveal the 2013 MLS Best XI presented by EA Sports FIFA 14 at 2 pm CT during an event hosted by former United States national team defender and Kick TV host Jimmy Conrad. MLS players will join from all around the world via a Google+ Hangout and interact with fans who use the #BestXI hashtag on Twitter.
