Kansas City Magazine has launched its annual Best of KC readers choice poll, featuring a strong representation from the city's Major League Soccer club.
Sporting Kansas City is nominated in each of the following categories, with voting open until June 17.
- Best Athlete: Graham Zusi
- Best Attraction: Children's Mercy Park
- Best Sports Stadium: Children's Mercy Park
- Best Local Twitter Feed: @SportingKC
- Best Running Event: The Victory Lap
- Best Local Mascot: Blue
Readers can vote once per day for every category. Winners will be announced in Kansas City Magazine's August issue and online beginning Aug. 1.
