Career Summary

2016: Signed with the Swope Park Rangers as an Academy signing on March 10. Made his professional debut as a late substitute in a 2-1 victory over Tulsa Roughnecks FC on May 14. Came off the bench again in the 1-1 draw with Saint Louis FC on Aug. 21.

SKC Academy: Armstrong joined the Sporting KC Academy at the start of the 2014-15 season after relocating from Nashville, Tennessee where he played for the Sporting Nashville Heroes – a Sporting KC Academy affiliate. He went on to make more than 35 appearances with the SKC Academy, scoring four goals before joining the Rangers.

Personal: Ezra Armstrong is the son of National Hall of Famer and former U.S. National Team defender Desmond Armstrong.
