Career Summary

2015: Made five total appearances for the New York Cosmos, including a start at right back in the club’s Spring Season opener against the Fort Lauderdale Strikers (April 5). Mulligan’s next appearance came in a 3-0 win over Jersey Express in the U.S. Open Cup (May 28), before starting the club’s Fall Season opener against Indy Eleven (July 6). He made two further appearances for the Cosmos, starting against the Carolina RailHawks (Aug. 30) and FC Edmonton (Sept. 27). Mulligan also played for New York Cosmos B in the NPSL during the 2015 season, starting in the NPSL championship game against Chattanooga FC – a game that the Cosmos won 3-2 after extra time.

2014: Mulligan signed for the New York Cosmos on April 11, and made his debut in a 2-2 draw with the Tampa Bay Rowdies (Oct. 25), playing the full 90 minutes at right back. He remained in the starting lineup the following week against the San Antonio Scorpions (Nov. 2).

College: Mulligan made 80 appearances over a four-year career at St. John’s University, scoring eight goals and adding nine assists. In 2013, he became the first St. John’s player in four years to earn first team NSCAA/adidas Scholar All-East Region honors. While in college, Mulligan also suited up for the Long Island Rough Riders of the USL Premier Development League.

International: Mulligan was previously a member of the U.S. Under-14 National Team in 2005, alongside the likes of Scott Caldwell, Amobi Okugo and Dillon Powers.
