With each passing home game, our new stadium just to the east of CommunityAmerica Ballpark becomes closer to finished and even more impressive. As you see in the picture above, the Supporters' Section (Cauldron) saw its first real movement last week. That means crews have worked their way around the whole stadium. Soon all four stands will be worked on at once. The roof trusses reached the south side of the venue last week (photographic proof), and precast risers are now being installed on the east stand.
The players and technical staff took a tour last Friday. Needless to say, they were all very impressed and excited. The stadium is now about 10 months from being completed. Take a look below at the last two updates from Turner Construction:
