For the CommunityAmerica Ballpark finale Saturday night, the Wizards have several special promotions planned around the match itself. Fans will be able to purchase discounted merchandise before the match, then buy signs used all around the ballpark after en route to a team autograph session. All the details:
• A special merchandise sale will begin at 5 p.m. CT with gear priced at least 50% off. To enter before the gates officially open at 6:10 p.m., fans may go through Gate B and show their ticket to the game. All fans must exit the stadium by 6:00 p.m. so that all gates can open for the game at 6:10 p.m. The sale will continue through the match.
• Following the game will be a fireworks presentation, and, weather permitting, fans will be allowed on the field for a better view.
• After the fireworks, the team will sign autographs on the field behind home plate as has happened the last two years. When the game ends, operations staff will take down signage and banners, which will be placed at the head of the line where fans can purchase any item for a $10 donation to the Kansas City Soccer Foundation and have them signed by the team.
• Terrace Table season ticket holders will be able to purchase their table and four chairs for $25.
