Sporting Kansas City’s first match at LIVESTRONG Sporting Park on Thursday at 9:00 p.m. CT is a near sell-out, with less than 200 tickets available ahead of tomorrow’s historic home opener the club announced Wednesday.
In anticipation for a capacity crowd, the team will make an additional 1,500 standing-room only tickets available for purchase beginning at 10:00 a.m. CT on Thursday at LIVESTRONG Sporting Park ticket booths. The standing-room only tickets will allow fans inside the state-of-the-art stadium concourse area, with match-viewing available above the Members Club in the northeast corner and along the walking bridge on the stadium’s north end.
General parking for Thursday’s match is available at CommunityAmerica Ballpark (1800 Village West Parkway, Kansas City, Kansas 66111). Reserved parking, shown here, is available for all Season Ticket Members with assigned parking permits.
Ticket holders are encouraged to arrive early, with a full schedule of festivities planned prior to kick-off at 9:00 p.m. CT. Members Stand ticket holders may enter the Members Club beginning at 5:00 p.m. CT, while all other ticket holders can enter the Sprint Plaza at 5:30 p.m. CT. The stadium will then open three hours prior to kickoff at 6:00 p.m. CT.
