As we told you on Monday, the Under-13 Juniors were champions at the 2012 Mother's Day Classic in Overland Park last weekend. They outscored the competition 15-1 and beat the top two teams in the state of Kansas. "The boys played a great brand of attacking soccer all weekend," said head coach Matt Trumpp, who pointed to Shane Kopplin and Israel La Rocha as two of the top performers on the weekend. "The midfield was particularly sharp in possession, creating many chances on goal."
