Sporting KC's Graham Zusi also started the match for the USMNT while Benny Feilhaber made his first appearance in a year as a second-half substitute. Zusi and Feilhaber stood over the majority of set pieces during the match, with one of the United States best chances coming from a Feilhaber free kick shortly after the halftime intermission.

Tonight's friendly marks the final stage of preparation for the United States in advance of their match against Honduras on February 6 in the final round of qualifying for the 2014 FIFA World Cup.
