Saturday was all about Sporting Kansas City at the Aristocrat Motors Sporting KC Fan Fest. The event took place from 11 a.m. - 3 p.m. in celebration of the upcoming MLS All-Star Game on July 31st at Sporting Park.
Sporting mascot Blue made an appearance at the event to take pictures with the kids in attendance. Sporting KC rookie midfielder Mikey Lopez also stopped by and played a little soccer in between signing autographs and taking pictures with fans. Lopez even got in on the action, with a little encouragement from the kids, by getting his face painted at the end of the event.
Fans who attended also had the opportunity to participate in giveaways, including a pair of game tickets to an upcoming Sporting KC match.
