On Monday afternoon, a pair of Houston Dynamo All-Stars joined Oriol Rosell, Dom Dwyer, Soony Saad, Seth Sinovic and Matt Besler of Sporting KC as the they all tried to score a goal across Kansas City’s Brush Creek.
As the players tried their best to score across the 25-yard wide body of water, funds were being raised to benefit Kansas City Parks and Recreation. Local media personalities and even mayor Sly James had a turn, but Rosell, Dwyer and Saad were the only individuals who could kick a soccer ball from one bank of the creek to the other and into the net on the other side – Saad being the only one who made the shot in the air.
