For the first time all year, Sporting KC's playoff spot rests soley in their hands. With a win Wednesday against the Houston Dynamo at BBVA Compass Stadium, Sporting KC will punch their third consecutive ticket to the MLS Cup Playoffs. A loss or a draw to the Dynamo and Sporting KC will have to rely on other results over the weekend to secure their spot.
Back in Kansas City, the City of Fountains welcome the U.S. Men's National Team this week for the final home World Cup qualifier this year. Jurgen Klinsmann's side will host Jamaica at Sporting Park on Friday. The match will kick off at 5:30 p.m. and can be seen nationally on ESPN.
