Swope Park Rangers game with Tulsa Roughnecks FC rescheduled for Sept. 21

Dane Kelly vs. TUL

The Swope Park Rangers matchup with Tulsa Roughnecks FC at ONEOK Field has been rescheduled and will now take place on Wednesday, Sept. 21 at 7:30 p.m. CT. The game, originally scheduled for Saturday, Aug. 6, was postponed following heavy rainfall in the Tulsa area that caused unsafe field conditions. Tickets for the original game will be valid for the new date.

The game becomes the Rangers’ penultimate match of the regular season, with SPR closing out their regular-season slate on Sept. 24 against Seattle Sounders FC 2 at Swope Soccer Village. The Rangers have won both meetings with the Roughnecks this season by a 2-1 scoreline on April 2 and May 14.

The Swope Park Rangers are back in action this weekend when they travel to face Real Monarchs SLC on Saturday, Aug. 13 at Rio Tinto Stadium in Sandy, Utah. Kickoff is scheduled for 8 p.m. CT and a live stream will be available on SportingKC.com.
