Turn the Page KC is a a nonprofit organization dedicated to increasing elementary literacy in Kansas City. Along with KCMO Mayor Sly James, the organization recently unveiled its new children’s book
Our Home Kansas City.
Written and illustrated by local artist Scott Brown, all net profits from the sale of this book go directly to Turn The Page KC. The book highlights some of Mayor James' favorite things to do in Kansas City including visits to the Liberty Memorial, Nelson Atkins Museum and of course, a Sporting KC match at Children's Mercy Park.
