FC Dallas finished the Fall Event with a 3-0 win over the Chicago Fire capping a perfect weekend in Kansas City. Jesus Ferreira, son of former MLS MVP David Ferreira, tallied twice on Monday and Aldo Quevedo sealed the match with a strike in the 77th minute. Dallas won all three matches of the Fall Event and finished with a +10 goal differential.

The Columbus Crew U-16s picked up their first win of the Fall Event on Monday after entering the weekend unbeaten in the U.S. Development Academy Mid-America Division with a 4-0-2 record. Crew SC defeated Sporting KC U-16s 3-1 behind a fourth-minute goal from Isaiah Parente and a brace from Kale Nichols. Abdu Kikhia (pictured, above), who scored the game-winning goal for the Sporting KC U-15s in the 2015 US Youth Soccer National Championships, scored the lone goal for Sporting KC.

The Houston Dynamo finished the weekend winless following a 3-0 loss to the Sporting KC U-18s on Monday. Logan Lucas, Will Little and Joe Corner each tallied for the home side. All five teams that competed last weekend will head to Houston in February for the 2015/16 Generation adidas Cup Central Region Spring Event. The Houston Dynamo U-18s will join the group of U-16 programs to have an even number of teams in the event.

The Sporting KC Academy teams will resume League play this weekend with a pair of home matches against Texas Rush. The U-18s will kick off at 10 a.m. followed by the U-16 at 12:30 p.m. Both matches will be played on the Championship Field at Swope Soccer Village and are free and open to the public.
