We've all been there. The ball pops out to us, the goalkeeper is out of position and yet we just can't connect. Unfortunately for 610 Sports KC's Ben Heisler that exact scenario happened in front of 18,000+ fans at last year's Media Game at Children's Mercy Park. This year, Heisler is out for redemption and he enlisted the help of Sporting KC Manager Peter Vermes and Strength and Conditioning Coach Mateus Manoel.
Watch the video below as Vermes and Manoel put Heisler through his paces ahead of Wednesday's Media Game, which is one of the many reasons to be at Children's Mercy Park for the midweek match. Sporting KC will kick off against Seattle Sounders FC at 7:30pm on Wednesday.
