With an exciting slate of Wednesday matchups in the books, semifinal showdowns are set in the 2017 Big 12 Soccer Championship at Children's Mercy Victory Field in Swope Soccer Village.

Friday's doubleheader kicks off at 4:30 p.m. CT when No. 1-seed Oklahoma State faces No. 5 Baylor. The nightcap will see No. 2 West Virginia battle No. 3 TCU at 7 p.m. CT.

Tickets for Friday's double-dip are $8, available at the Swope Soccer Village box office. A 15-ticket team pack (15 one-day passes) is also available for $100 and can be purchased by calling 888-4KC-GOAL.

In Wednesday's quarterfinals, the Cowgirls posted a 2-1 victory over in-state Oklahoma as Big 12 Offensive Player of the Year Haley Woodard scored Oklahoma State's first goal of the contest. Baylor then earned a spirited 2-1 comeback win over Texas, equalizing in the 87th minute before bagging a 98th-minute golden goal.

With nightfall came a 3-1 win for the reigning Big 12 tournament champion West Virginia Mountaineers, who are hoping to go a step further after falling to USC in last year's national championship game. The evening ended in dramatic fashion, as TCU equalized late after Kansas took an early lead. The Horned Frogs would prevail in a penalty shootout to eliminate the Jayhawks in the quarterfinals for the second straight year.
