Sporting Kansas City’s Graham Zusi came in at No. 25 on the list of the best selling jerseys in Major League Soccer in 2017. Zusi was the lone Sporting KC representative on the list which was topped by Atlanta United FC midfielder Miguel Almiron.
The World Cup veteran had a stellar campaign in 2017, his first as a full-time right back for Kansas City. Zusi started 23 regular season matches this season and contributed to 11 of his team’s shutouts.
Zusi led all defenders in 2017 with 62 chances created and finished second behind Seattle Sounders FC left back Joevin Jones with eight assists. The 31-year-old defender earned his fifth MLS All-Star selection this past year and was part of the U.S. MNT squad that won the 2017 CONCACAF Gold Cup in July.
