As a longtime member of the Kansas City Cauldron and a devoted soccer fanatic, Zachary Cobb captures the essence of Sporting Kansas City with succinct suitability.
“An MLS original split by two states but united in love for one club,” Cobb states in his #OdeToSoccer, the newest edition of COPA90’s social media series presented by Continental Tire.
In addition to lauding Sporting Kansas City’s tremendous fan support, Cobb pays heed to Manager Peter Vermes and a team built on virtues of selflessness, hard work and tenacity. As Cobb puts it, “the sum of those parts has been collecting trophies for years.”
The overall idea, he says, is simple: “No other club but SKC, for the glory of the city.”
