Sporting Kansas City heads into tonight’s MLS regular-season contest with Real Salt Lake with five players on the club’s injury report.
Matt Besler is removed from the injury report after returning in the 2-0 loss to Montreal on Saturday, while fellow defender Amer Didic is added as questionable with a hamstring injury. Gianluca Busio (hamstring), Felipe Gutierrez (sports hernia), Cristian Lobato (knee) and Jimmy Medranda (knee) all remain out.
Salt Lake have a more extensive injury report, as eight players are listed as out for tonight’s match: Tony Beltran (knee), Jordan Allen (knee), Shawn Barry (knee), Demar Phillips (ankle), Alex Horwath (Achilles), Luke Mulholland (back), Ricky Lopez-Espin (knee) and David Horst (Achilles).
Tonight’s match is set to kickoff at 9 p.m. CT on FOX Sports Kansas City Plus, while Sports Radio 810 WHB (English) and ESPN Deportes 1480 AM (Spanish) will carry the game on the radio.
