The cross-conference clash in Atlanta is the first of two marquee MLS matches set to air nationally on Sunday, with Los Angeles Football Club (10-4-4, 34 points) hosting the Portland Timbers (8-3-5, 29 points) in a battle between red-hot teams at 5 p.m. CT on ESPN.

An hour after kickoff at Red Bull Arena, longtime England international Wayne Rooney could be primed to make his D.C. United debut when the capital club (2-7-5, 11 points) hosts Vancouver Whitecaps FC (7-7-5, 26 points) in the first game ever played at the new Audi Field.
