The final day of the regular season. A playoff berth on the line. And all the drama will unfold with a home game on Fan Appreciation Day.
That will be the setting this Sunday when the Swope Park Rangers take on LA Galaxy II at 2 p.m. CT inside Children's Mercy Park in Kansas City, Kansas.
Midfield tickets for the match are available for as low as $9 and can be purchased online at SeatGeek.com or at the stadium box office on gameday.
The first 500 fans in attendance on Sunday will receive a free SPR Believe t-shirt as part of the team's Fan Appreciation Day pre-game festivities, which will also include youth prizes for SPR Bingo, giveaways at the SPR table on the concourse and special appearances by SPR mascot Hat Trick Harry.
In addition, Swope Park Rangers supporters can take advantage of discounted merchandise from SportingStyle, as well as food and drink specials at Sporting Fare. The Rangers Raffle will also feature autographed memorabilia from the season with winners to be announced at halftime of SPRvLA.
Following the match, SPR players will sign autographs and pose for photo opportunities with fans in addition to taking part in a Matchday Clinic (weather permitting). Registration for the clinic is open to boys and girls ages 5-13 and the $45 cost includes two tickets to the match, a one-hour postgame clinic on the field at Children's Mercy Park and a group photo in front of the Championship Wall.
The Rangers will also be offering a special promotion for local Girl Scouts on Sunday, highlighted by a customized SPR Fun Patch for attendees, a group photo on the field and the opportunity to participate in the Walk of Champions during pre-game player introductions. Girl Scouts can receive $4 off individual ticket prices and $10 off the Matchday Clinic registration cost.
