One of Sporting Kansas City's greatest matches from 2019 will air in Spanish at 3 p.m. CT on Wednesday when FOX Deportes treats fans to the 3-2 victory over eventual MLS Cup champion Seattle Sounders FC.
The five-goal thriller took place on May 26 at Children's Mercy Park, highlighted by Russell's scintillating performance in the renewal of a Western Conference rivalry that has continued to gain steam in recent years.
Sporting claimed a pair of 3-2 wins against Seattle last season, prevailing by the same scoreline away from home on Aug. 4. The clubs are slated to meet twice during the 2020 MLS campaign, with the Sounders visiting Kansas City on May 23 before hosting the return fixture on Aug. 8.
