Matt Besler with Cauldron postgame - March 7, 2020

With MLS action on temporary hold and continuing to train individually at home, Border Patrol hosts Nate Bukaty and Steven St. John kept it light in their Thursday morning conversation with Sporting Kansas City captain Matt Besler on Sports Radio 810 WHB.

The first point of discussion? Besler has made inroads on Tiger King and Ozark, two wildly popular Netflix shows that have entertained millions of Americans with a bit more time on their hands. He shares his thoughts on both series before reflecting on his commentary of Sporting's home-opening win over the Houston Dynamo from March 7. Besler joined Bukaty and teammates Roger Espinoza and Johnny Russell to break down the game for fans last weekend.

The Sporting center back was then put on the spot, asked to chip in on the debate of the top five players for the United States Men's National Team. Besler provided fascinating insight on his experiences playing alongside some of the all-time greats, including Landon Donovan, Clint Dempsey and Tim Howard
