The postseason run will begin at 7 p.m. CT Saturday with Sporting’s extra-time win against New England in the Eastern Conference Semifinals. Facing a 2-1 deficit going into the decisive second leg, Sporting prevailed 3-1 behind goals from Aurelien Collin, Seth Sinovic and Claudio Bieler to claim a 4-3 aggregate victory.

The second leg of the 2013 Eastern Conference Championship will immediately follow at 9 p.m. CT Saturday with second-screen commentary from Peterson—now Sporting’s color analyst on FOX Sports Kansas City—as well as Feilhaber, a retired fan favorite and U.S. international midfielder who recorded the game-winning assist to help Sporting defeat rivals Houston Dynamo by a 2-1 scoreline.

Sunday at 8 p.m. CT, current Sporting captain Matt Besler will join former captain and legendary goalkeeper Jimmy Nielsen for commentary of the unforgettable 2013 MLS Cup against Real Salt Lake at Children’s Mercy Park. In one of the coldest and most iconic MLS matches ever played, the clubs battled to a 1-1 draw through regulation before Sporting prevailed in a 10-round penalty shootout. Besler and Nielsen played instrumental roles anchoring the Sporting’s backline, with the latter making two massive saves in the shootout.

The 2013 MLS Cup will air following Sunday’s championship episode of the eMLS Tournament Special on FS1, which will see Sporting midfielder Wan Kuzain and eMLS player Alekzandur compete among three other MLS clubs in a marquee FIFA 20 tournament from 5-7 p.m. CT.
