MLS SuperDraft 2021 presented by adidas will begin Thursday at 1 p.m. CT as all 27 clubs in Major League Soccer select from the best college players in the country.
Round 1 of the MLS SuperDraft will stream live on MLSsoccer.com, the MLS App, Facebook, Twitter, YouTube and Pluto TV. Fans can also follow every pick as it happens using MLSsoccer.com's MLS SuperDraft tracker.
Sporting Kansas City currently holds the 50th overall pick in the second round, the 77th overall pick in the third round, and one compensatory pick at No. 82 overall.
Players eligible for selection in the MLS SuperDraft include college seniors, Generation adidas players, and players who have waived their college eligibility by signing to play in a domestic professional league since the conclusion of the 2019 college soccer season.
Following the MLS SuperDraft, Generation adidas players and select additional draftees will join their MLS clubs for the 2021 preseason, while others may continue to compete for their colleges before reporting to their MLS clubs in late May.
