Sporting KC goalkeeper Jack Kortkamp and Sporting KC II goalkeeper Jacob Molinaro are among 12 players selected by U.S. Soccer Head of Goalkeeping Jack Robinson for a goalkeeping camp from Oct. 27-30 at the Arthur M. Blank U.S. Soccer National Training Center in Fayetteville, Georgia.

This camp is a part of the federation's continued focus on the U.S. Way philosophy, which emphasizes increased programming for Youth National Teams to create more opportunities for young players to advance through the pathway to the senior national team with the goal of representing their country at a world championship.

“These national goalkeeper camps are designed to challenge, engage and inspire the next generation of goalkeepers who aim to play for the USMNT,” said Robinson. “We will work on their individual development in collaboration with their clubs, as well as linking the sessions to the U.S. Way and our goalkeeper principles. We plan to hold camps like this regularly and give the opportunity to goalkeepers to build on their experience with the youth national teams and monitor their long-term development.”

The squad is evenly split across three birth years, with four goalkeepers each born in 2007, 2008 and 2009.
