How To Sign Up
ACCESS
Start by downloading the Sporting KC app. Once downloaded, sign into app with your SeatGeek credentials.
ACCOUNT
After successfully signing into the Sporting KC app, click the "More" tab from the menu bar on the bottom of the app. Click on "Sporting Blue Rewards" and create an account with your SeatGeek credentials.
ACHIEVE
After successfully creating an account in Sporting Blue Rewards, explore your portal and start participating in challenges and earning prizes!
How It Works
Challenges
There are various challenges in the Sporting Blue Rewards portal that you can complete by participating in a list of activities. Check out the challenges tab in your portal and start exploring what challenges are available!
Prize Draws
Prize draws are the list of unique prizes you can enter to win. Some prize draws are lottery-style, open to all fans with no activity required to enter, while some prize draws you can only enter by completing a certain challenge. New prizes will consistently be added throughout the year.
Wallet
The wallet is your go-to section in the Sporting Blue Rewards portal to find all your badges and prizes you've achieved/won. For every challenge you complete, a unique badge will be added to your wallet. And for every prize you've earned, you can view and learn how to redeem your prize.
Prizes
There are various unique prizes you can win through Sporting Blue Rewards - including match tickets, premium ticket upgrades, player and team-signed memorabilia, customized jerseys, Sporting Pay credit, and more.
New prizes will consistently be added throughout the year so the more you participate, the more you win!

SPORTING BLUE REWARDS OVERVIEW
WHAT IS SPORTING BLUE REWARDS?
Sporting Blue Rewards is the official fan loyalty program of Sporting Kansas City where you get rewarded for the things you already do as a fan! Including things such as purchasing tickets, attending games, making purchases at concessions and retail, interacting with Sporting KC content in the app, and more. Throughout the season, there will be unique challenges you can participate in. By participating, you must complete a certain subset of tasks. Once all the tasks are completed, you’ll earn a reward!
WHO IS ELIGIBLE TO BE PART OF SPORTING BLUE REWARDS?
All fans are eligible to join the Sporting Blue Rewards program!
IS THERE A COST TO JOIN?
No, the Sporting Blue Rewards program is free for all Sporting KC fans.
WHERE CAN I READ THE PROGRAM TERMS AND CONDITIONS?
The complete program terms and conditions are available in the Sporting Blue Rewards portal in the Sporting KC app.
DO I NEED A MOBILE DEVICE TO PARTICIPATE?
Yes. A device with internet access is needed for account login and completing certain activities. To access the mobile challenges portal within the Sporting KC app, fans will need a smartphone device.
PARTICIPATING IN CHALLENGES
WHAT ARE THE CHALLENGES?
The challenges are descriptions of what activities need to be completed to earn a badge or a prize.
HOW CAN I COMPLETE A CHALLENGE?
You can complete a challenge by participating in official activities such as scanning in your tickets and completing activities in the app. Your progress history can be found under the challenges tab in the Sporting Blue Rewards portal.
CAN I PURCHASE CHALLENGE ITEMS?
Challenge items do not have a monetary value and cannot be purchased. The only way to complete challenges is to earn them through designated activities.
WILL CHALLENGE ITEMS EXPIRE?
Challenges have a set start and end date and all items must be accomplished within that set time frame to be awarded the prize. Once a prize is earned, it is valid through the end of the 2023 season, unless otherwise noted.
WHAT IS THE VOUCHER CODE SECTION FOR?
Under the challenges tab in the Sporting Blue Rewards portal, there is an area where you can enter redemption/voucher codes. For select challenges, entering voucher codes will be an activity included to successfully complete a challenge.
FOR ATTENDENCE-RELATED CHALLENGES, HOW IS ATTENDANCE DEFINED?
For the Twelfth Man challenge for Season Ticket Members, attendance will be awarded to the original primary account holder when their seats are scanned in. For a Season Ticket Member – if you scan into a match yourself, forward your tickets to a friend or family member who then scans in, or re-sell your tickets to someone who scans in, you will get credit for attending that match for this challenge.
For individual match-by-match challenges, which are available to both Season Ticket Members and the general public, the ticket holder at the time of scan (the account that physically attends the match) will be entered into the match prize draw.
FOR APP ACTIVITY-BASED CHALLENGES, WHY AREN'T MY APP ACTIVITIES APPEARING?
Please make sure to allow 48 hours after app activity for it to show up in your Sporting Blue Rewards challenges page. Also make sure that you are logged into both the Sporting KC App and the Sporting Blue Rewards program with your SeatGeek credentials. If issues persist after waiting 48 hours, please use the contact us form located in the menu of the Sporting Blue Rewards portal.
WINNING PRIZES
HOW DO I WIN PRIZES?
If you complete all activities within a designated challenge, you will be awarded a prize. Once completed, your prizes will appear under the wallet tab in the Sporting Blue Rewards portal.

WHAT ARE THE PRIZE DRAWS?
The prize draws are select and unique prizes you can enter or earn to win in the Sporting Blue Rewards portal. New prizes will consistently be added throughout the year.
HOW DO I ENTER THE PRIZE DRAWS?
Under the prize draw tab in the Sporting Blue Rewards portal, you can click “Enter Now” on the prize draw you would like to enter. There are certain prizes where you can enter for free without completing a challenge, and some prizes where you can only enter after you complete select challenges.
WHEN WILL THE PRIZES BE DRAWN?
The prizes will be drawn on the date indicated under the title of the prize draw.

Badges are a symbol or indicator that you have successfully completed a challenge.
WALLET
WHAT IS THE WALLET?
The wallet is the page in your Sporting Blue Rewards portal that hosts all your badges and prizes you’ve won.

HOW DO I ACCESS SPORTING BLUE REWARDS?
1) Download and open the Sporting KC App.
2) Click on "More" from the bottom menu, from there click Sporting Blue Rewards.
3) Login using your SeatGeek credentials and you're in!
WHAT IS THE SPORTING KC APP?
The official Sporting KC app allows fans to stay up to date with the latest news, watch exclusive video content, access all matchday information, and more. The app is available to download in the App Store and Google Play.
SUPPORT
I HAVE COMPLETED A CHALLENGE, BUT IT IS NOT SHOWING AS COMPLETED. WHY IS THAT?
Sometimes there is a delay in completed activities showing up on your account. Completed challenges can take up to 48 hours to appear correctly in the portal. Sporting Blue Rewards participants can verify that the activity has been completed on the challenges tab or on the wallet tab where a badge will appear with that challenge on it.
