Domino’s “Feed the Need” program to provide free pizzas to Kansas Citians on Wednesday in partnership with Sporting Serves

Domino's and Sporting Serves - May 6, 2020

Domino’s will provide 250 free pizzas to individuals and families affected by COVID-19 this Wednesday, May 6, in partnership with Sporting Serves, a newly established philanthropic platform in which Sporting Kansas City provides relief to citizens across Greater Kansas City.

Sporting Serves will see Sporting Kansas City and The Victory Project—the club’s flagship charitable arm—join several community partners to serve Kansas Citians through a variety of programs, including multiple initiatives launched in response to the COVID-19 pandemic.

Tomorrow afternoon, Domino’s will distribute 250 large pizzas to local citizens at the Kansas City Power & Light District in downtown Kansas City, Missouri. Pizzas will be available via online registration, which will open at 8 a.m. CT Wednesday and remain open until all 250 slots are filled.

Domino’s pizzas will then be available for curbside pickup from 12-2 p.m. outside of No Other Pub, near the intersection of 14th Street and Grand Boulevard. Individuals must register online in advance to receive a specific pickup time. No registrations will be accepted in person.

Wednesday’s initiative aligns with Domino’s “Feed the Need” program, which will see 65 Domino’s stores across Greater Kansas City, Topeka, Wichita and St. Joseph donate 13,000 pizzas within their local communities—including hospitals, medical offices, health departments and grocery stores.
