By now, you've probably seen the photo of U.S. Women's National Team striker Sydney Leroux and Sporting KC forward Dom Dwyer embracing after Leroux's squad won the 2015 FIFA Women's World Cup. It was an emotional moment for the couple and one that was captured and has been shared thousands of times.
So how did the magical moment come about? Dwyer spoke with Sports Radio 810's Kevin Kietzman yesterday about the moment, supporting his wife at the World Cup and what lies ahead for Sporting KC and Major League Soccer.
