Newcomer Willy Agada joins Sporting KC Show Podcast

Running throughout the season on Sports Radio 810 WHB, the Sporting Kansas City Show presented by Michelob Ultra is available on several podcast hubs such as Spotify and iTunes as well as SportingKC.com. With Nate Bukaty hosting the weekly program, Sporting fans have a place to go to catch up on club storylines, guest interviews and more.

This week's edition of the Sporting KC Show aired on Sports Radio 810 WHB on Tuesday as hosts Nate Bukaty, Aly Trost Martin and Conall McCourt were joined by Sporting KC striker Willy Agada.

A native of Nigeria, Agada joined Sporting Kansas City in a transfer from Hapoel Jerusalem after scoring 37 goals across four seasons in Israel. The 22-year-old made his debut for the club on July 23 -- coming off the bench late against league leaders LAFC -- before earning his first start last Saturday.

Sporting Kansas City (5-14-5, 20 points) will host the LA Galaxy (9-10-3, 30 points) at 7:30 p.m. CT on Saturday at Children's Mercy Park for the team's annual Sporting Salutes match presented by UMB. Tickets are available online at SeatGeek.com  and the first 10,000 fans in attendance will receive Sporting Salutes lapel pins as the club recognizes local Purple Heart recipients in conjunction with National Purple Heart Day on Aug. 7.

The Western Conference clash will be locally televised on 38 The Spot with three hours of coverage beginning at 7 p.m. CT. In addition, UniMas and TUDN will nationally televise the match and provide an English-language live stream on Twitter. Radio coverage of Saturday's showdown will also air on Sports Radio 810 WHB and La Grande 1340 AM.
