This week's edition of the Sporting KC Show aired on Sports Radio 810 WHB on Wednesday as hosts Jacob Peterson and Aly Trost Martin discussed the arrival of Sporting KC newcomers Erik Thommy and Willy Agada, who could make their debuts this Saturday at Children's Mercy Park.

In addition, sports broadcaster Lisa Roman joined the show to discuss the U.S. Women's National Team ahead of their trip to Kansas City next month. The USWNT were crowned champions of Concacaf on Monday with a 1-0 victory over Canada and have now qualified for both the 2023 FIFA Women's World Cup and 2024 Paris Olympics.

Sporting Kansas City will host MLS Supporters' Shield leaders Los Angeles FC at 7:30 p.m. CT on Saturday at Children's Mercy Park. Tickets are available online at SeatGeek.com and the first 3,500 fans in attendance will receive Sporting KC sunglasses courtesy of match sponsor Sun Solar.

The Western Conference clash will be locally televised on 38 The Spot with three hours of coverage beginning at 7 p.m. CT.
