The Victory Project announces inaugural winner of Argyle Ace jackpot

ArgyleAce-CheckPresentation

Sporting Kansas City and The Victory Project launched Argyle Ace presented by Mazuma, a fundraising raffle that features weekly Sporting prizes and a progressive cash jackpot, earlier this season and have now announced the first ever winner of the jackpot.

Sarah Maasen was presented with a check for $13,174 -- half of the overall jackpot with the other half of proceeds directly benefiting The Victory Project -- at Sporting Kansas City’s last home match on Oct. 27 at Children’s Mercy Park. Joining her on the field for the recognition was The Victory Project Executive Director Jackie Feeney and Sporting Kansas City Chief Operating Officer Alan Dietrich.

In addition to winning the jackpot, Maasen previously won three weekly prizes through her participation in the Argyle Ace raffle, including a team-signed jersey and UMB Field Club seats.

Drawings for the Argyle Ace raffle were conducted weekly and the online raffle will return at ArgyleAce.com for the start of Sporting Kansas City’s 2022 season.
