Sporting Kansas City's regular season match at Real Salt Lake on Oct. 16 will be televised live on 38 The Spot and SKCTV. Kickoff is set for 4 p.m. CT at Rio Tinto Stadium as the Western Conference rivals square off in Week 33 of the 2016 MLS regular season.

The Final Push for the Playoffs will see all 20 clubs take the field on Sunday, Oct. 16, with five Eastern Conference matches kicking off simultaneously at 2 p.m. CT followed by five Western Conference battles at 4 p.m. CT.

Fourth-place Real Salt Lake (12-11-9) and sixth-place Sporting Kansas City (12-13-7) are separated by just two points in the Western Conference standings heading into the crucial showdown in Sandy, Utah. Peter Vermes' side is currently the last team above the red line in the West, two points ahead of the seventh-place Portland Timbers. Sporting Kansas City is aiming to secure a club-record sixth consecutive playoff appearance, while Real Salt Lake looks to return to the postseason after missing out in 2015.

Major League Soccer announced Week 33 broadcasting details on Tuesday. ESPN will air a Soccer Sunday doubleheader that afternoon as part of flex scheduling, a new mechanism to MLS that ensures the most compelling games will be shown nationally. The Montreal Impact will host Toronto FC at 2 p.m. CT before the Colorado Rapids visit Portland at 4 p.m. CT to round out the ESPN double feature.

To further enhance the Week 33 experience, MLS will offer live pre- and postgame shows across multiple digital channels, including the MLS Facebook Page and the MLS YouTube channel. Coverage will begin with the "MLS Matchday Live - Week 33 Pregame" show at 1 p.m. CT.

The highly anticipated Decision Day in Week 34 will involve 10 matches kicking off concurrently at 3 p.m. CT as every club closes out the regular season. ESPN, FS1 and UniMas will each select one marquee matchup to air as the final field is decided for the Audi 2016 MLS Cup Playoffs. Decision Day broadcast details will be announced Monday, Oct. 17.
