Sporting Kansas City (2-1-0, 6 points) will look to bounce back from Sunday's 2-1 loss to Minnesota United FC when the club continues its MLS is Back Tournament group stage campaign Friday against the Colorado Rapids (2-1-0, 6 points). Kickoff at the ESPN Wide World of Sports in Walt Disney World is slated for 7 p.m. CT with national coverage on ESPN2, ESPN Deportes and the ESPN app. Listeners can also catch the action locally on Sports Radio 810 WHB and La Grande 1340 AM as Sporting takes the field for a pivotal Group D clash.


Sporting KC Live presented by Michelob Ultra will provide 60 minutes of pre-match coverage Friday on FOX Sports Kansas City starting at 6 p.m. CT, while The Final Whistle postgame show will air immediately after the game on Sports Radio 810 WHB. 


A new episode of the Sporting KC Show will debut Tuesday at 8 p.m. CT on Sports Radio 810 WHB with hosts Nate Bukaty, Carter Augustine and Aly Trost. Augustine has traveled to Florida as part of Sporting's delegation and will provide first-hand updates from the club's camp in Disney World throughout the tournament. Sporting Kansas City has teamed up with Community Blood Center to host another urgent blood drive at 9 a.m. CT Tuesday at Children's Mercy Park in Kansas City, Kansas. The blood drive will take place from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. CT inside the Budweiser Brew House, located in the northeast corner of the stadium at the intersection of France Family Drive and Village West Parkway. Appointments are strongly encouraged and walk-ins will only be accepted as capacity safely allows. Led by head coach and former Sporting midfielder Paulo Nagamura, Sporting Kansas City II will resume their fifth USL Championship season on Saturday against Indy Eleven at Lucas Oil Stadium in Indianapolis. Kickoff is set for 6 p.m. CT with a live stream live on ESPN Plus and additional in-game updates on Twitter at @SportingKCII.
