Swope Park Rangers to host Bark at the Park Night on June 8

The Swope Park Rangers will host Bark at the Park, presented by KC Pet Project, on Wednesday, June 8 when the team takes on Rio Grande Valley FC at 7:30 p.m. at Children's Mercy Victory Field in Swope Soccer Village.

Fans are invited to bring their dog(s) to the match by taking advantage of a $22 ticket package that includes:


In addition, the Kansas City Disc Dogs will perform on field at halftime and Sporting Kansas City's mascot, Blue the Weimaraner, will make a special appearance.


Prior to the match, fans may utilize the Swope Park Off Leash Area near Swope Soccer Village for pre-game exercise. The Swope Park Rangers and Sporting Kansas City recently helped clean-up the area in conjunction with the Kansas City Parks Department.


Bark at the Park ticket packages, with proceeds benefiting the KC Pet Project, are available at the box office on gameday. Already have a match ticket? Contact Swope Park Rangers sales executive Rodrigo Futema (913-951-3562) to bring your dog(s) for an additional $5 fee.


All dogs who participate in Bark at the Park must be up-to-date on vaccinations and must be accompanied on-leash at all times. Owners will be required to complete a waiver form at the check-in table prior to entry and are expected to pick-up after their animal(s) throughout the event.
