Sporting Kansas City players have been busy in the community since the 2012 season started and Wednesday saw that commitment continue as SKC players spent some quality time with a few of their youngest fans. Seth Sinovic was a special guest at St. Patrick School's annual talent show and field day and even got a handmade welcome banner to greet him upon his arrival. The Kansas City Star's Mike Ransdell was there to capture the sights and sounds and talked to Seth about all the fun and festivities.
Fellow hometown hero Kevin Ellis made an appearance at Innovation Kids, a Montessori program and early childhood learning center on site at the Cerner campus at the Grandview Triangle.
And last, but certainly not least, Roger Espinoza surprised his little in the Big Brothers, Big Sisters program with an afternoon trip to Dave & Buster's at The Legends. KSHB's Eric Schultz was there to interview Roger about his role as a Sporting KC spokesman for BBBS, so tune into 41 Action News at 10 p.m. tonight to see the feature!
