Earlier today, we posted quotes from Graham Zusi ahead of the U.S. Men's National Team's FIFA World Cup Qualifier in Costa Rica tomorrow night (9 p.m. CT, beIN SPORT). Now we have audio from Sporting KC and U.S. MNT teammate Matt Besler, who joined SiriusXM FC's Counter Attack on Thursday with hosts Tony Meola and Joe Tolleson.
"Our confidence is probably the highest it's ever been right now," Besler said of the team's 12-game winning streak. "We're going to have to match their intensity. We've got to roll up our sleeves and be prepared for a battle. We respect Costa Rica 100% but I think that we don't fear them."
